Dr. Chad D. Hedges, DC, MS, CCSP
Dr. Chad D. Hedges, DC, MS, CCSP grew up in Lancaster, OH. He is a sports enthusiast and competitively competed in Football, Baseball, Golf, Track & Field, and Weightlifting. His love for sport and competition is what first interested him in his chosen profession. Dr. Hedges has studied extensively in the areas of sports medicine, sports rehabilitation, biomechanical analysis, motion palpation, manual physical medicine and spinal rehabilitation. As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) Dr. Hedges is able to help athletes of all skill level “stay in the game longer”, something that brings him great pride! Although Dr. Hedges has a specialty in Chiropractic Sports Medicine, his practice encompasses a wide range of patient demographics as he is well equipped to conservatively evaluate and manage a variety physical medicine (musculoskeletal) conditions.
Dr. Hedges, his wife, Dr. Tami Hedges together with their 3 children moved to Anchorage in June of 2018 after spending 7 years in Chicago, where they attended graduate school and practiced for a couple years before getting the exciting opportunity to explore and practice in ‘The Last Frontier’. Recreationally, Dr. Hedges enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and golfing.

Dr. Jill Jasinski, DNP
Dr. Jill Jasinski is a family nurse practitioner that is originally from Necedah, Wisconsin. She moved to Anchorage in August 2018. Dr. Jasinski has over 20 years of healthcare experience. In 1996, she started her healthcare career in the United States Coast Guard and worked as a medic at the Coast Guard Clinic in Ketchikan, Alaska. In 2007, Dr. Jasinski obtained her associates degree in nursing from Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She then went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in 2014. She finished her doctorate in nursing at University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in spring of 2018. She worked as a registered nurse for 10 years in a rural emergency room. She is trained in advanced cardiac life support, primary care, emergency care, orthopedics, and joint and soft tissue injections.
Dr. Jasinski is a firm believer of evidence-based practice and lifelong learning in the medical field. She said, “Over the years, I have worked with many different healthcare models and I would have to say that Anchorage Physical Medicine’s multidisciplinary approach consisting of a team of nurse practitioners, chiropractors, physical therapists, and massage therapists have shown the best patient outcomes. I think this can be attributed to a higher level of collaboration and continuity of care for their patients. The future of physical medicine is exciting with all the technological advances and treatment options for patients. My goal is to provide treatment options that best fit my patients’ individual needs.”
Dr. Jasinski is currently President of the Alaska Nurse Practitioner Association and is actively involved with healthcare policy and the advancement of nurse practitioners across the state. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has one daughter and a baby Grandson named Warren. Her hobbies include hiking, fishing, cross-country skiing, kayaking, and traveling.
