Low Back Pain
I have been a world level competitive power lifter for 10 years. In 2009 I started having pain in my lower back. Thought it was tight muscles and it ended up being a herniated L5-S1. I went from lifting world records of a 548lb squat, 331lb bench, and 556lb dead lift to not even being able to bend over to tie my shoes or standing stationary for any period of time. It appeared to be a career ender for me until I was referred for Lordex treatments. I worked through the Lordex treatment for approximately 6 months, 2-3 times a week. The results were immediate! The progress over the months was amazing. At the close of my treatments, we did another MRI and the results are day and night compared to the MRI showing the herniation. Today, I’m still rehabbing, but back to lifting 70% of my best! ~Pricilla Ribic
Update: I am back on the platform. I did Women's National's in May and did a 474 squat, 314 bench, and 529 deadlift. I also just came back from the North American Chanmpionships this past weekend where I did a 501 squat, 319 bench, and 507 deadlift (missed 529). The back is HAPPY! Thanks for the help. Severe Neck Pain
I started coming to Anchorage Spinal Care about 2 years ago becuase I was having severe neck pain. After X-rays and doctor analysis it was determined that I had arthritic spurs and severe degenerative discs. I also was experiencing some numbness and tingling in my fingers. After having neck traction, adjustments, neck massage, and daily neck exercises I fell that I can lead a life doing a lot of my old actvities I enjoy. I am also pain-free which is a major plus. I still have to be careful and do things that will not be provacative to my neck. ~Ellen H.
Back Hurt SO bad
Hi, my name is Barbara. Four years ago I could not do the things I love, like gardening and walking half marathons. My back hurt so bad I could do no lifting, minimal walking, and no bending. This was off and on for two years. The decompression treatments were so comfortable I often feel asleep. The RX-1 exercises gradually strengthened my back. I have now completed six half marathons in three years and able to do my gardening. I have three marathons scheduled for this year. ~Barbara S.
Degenerative Discs
I have neck pain from degenerative discs and bone spurs next to the nerves. Coming in doing the cervical traction loosens the muscles and alleviates the pain and stiffness. ~Danny M.
Pain Down Leg
I was having muscle spasms, numbness, tingling, and pain down my left leg. I could not stand more than 5 minutes without pain. I was not walking normal, or for any length of time without pain. I also could not stand up straight. Since going thru the Lordex treatment, I no longer have any leg symptoms. I am walking normal, at a faster pace, and have no problem walking for an hour without stopping. It is so wonderful to feel good and be able to do the simple household tasks that were either impossible or very painful to do. I love the Lordex and the staff and Anchorage Spinal Care. ~Sandra J.
Daily Headaches
I was having sinus headaches everyday. I would take Tylenol and Aleve, nothing would stop the pain and exhaustion I would feel. A friend at work highly recommended Anchorage Spinal Care. I came in and got an adjustment and was put on a maintenance plan. I have been feeling excellent ever since. I hardly ever have headaches. My back feels healthy. I feel better knowing Dr. Trekell and his awesome staff take care of me and my sons. I am now more active with my children and grandchild. I can sort of keep up with them now. Pain Down Arm
I was in a car accident in 1999 and was getting neck pain and numbness in my right arm in 2004. After some adjustments and traction, my neck feels much better and my arm is not numb anymore. The staff is very good! ~Harvey K.

Pain Unbearable
I couldn’t lift my right leg even to put on socks or shoes. Putting on pants was also a chore, never mind tying my shoes. The pain was unbearable, hip, thigh; knee pains would cause me lower back pain. This was the result of an auto accident. Simple calf on knee to cross legs was impossible. With chiropractic care I have total body flexibility. I can march in and out of this office! I am maintaining spot areas of pain but dressing and independence in everyday working. Hurray!! ~Yolanda T.
